I was a customer of Utilita for my energy and recently left. I had money credited on my account when I left so I received the email with the form to fill in to get the refund. I filled this form in but just wanted to check when I will actually get the money? I guess I’m just wondering as usually with bank transfer style refunds it’s much faster than this as it’s already been 2 days.

Thanks for your post - refunds are usually raised immediately and emailed to customers with a PayIt link - I'd recommend checking your emails - including your junk mail - to see if it's been issued. I've also sent you a DM so I can check on this for you.
