Good afternoon, I need a new smart meter as the one I have got has become faulty, the part where the lead plugs in doesn't seem to be working properly and it keeps turning off and on.

The easiest way of getting a new In Home Display ordered is by speaking to one of our team - they'll be able to run through the diagnostic process with you and get one ordered for you straight away.
