Hi everyone ☺️ Im having an issue with the app.The electricity always shows the new balance as a pay as you go customer but the gas is not working, I spent 3 days without gas because my app showed i had £99.88 in credit. I called the boiler engineer out 3 times and on the last visit he said its not the boiler its utilita. I ran and was told to log out and back in again by the 3 dots in the app.ive been through all of the app and cant find anything to log out.Help.ive put on £70 and it should be at £66 now but is showing at £28 this is really frustrating and im due to go for an operation soon so need to know how much gas i have

Thanks for your post.
In cases such as yours, when the gas doesn't appear on the app, it usually means that your gas meter isn't communicating as it should be.
