can I ask why my prepayment meter phone app for my electricity is only showing kwh usage. No matter how I try i cant get a pound and pence reading. And there no chance im clever enough to manually work it out what with the standing order debit aswell ! Thankyou Gary

Thanks for your post!
There was an issue with the app recently, where it was only showing kWh instead of the financial side of things - this has been resolved now, so if you follow these steps, the app should work correctly!
- Clear the cache on the myUtilita app - this is easier than people think, but the way you do this is different for each phone, so I would google "how do I clear the cache of an app on **device name**". This step is crucial, because it will completely clear out the old data from the app!
- Once you've done this uninstall, then reinstall the app, then log in again.
This should then give you the latest version of the app, and the kWh issue should be rectified.
