I had new Switchee Smart Meter installed early 2025.
Since then, the heating is very erratic.
I have to switch it off on the wall for 30 seconds and then back on, in order for it to reset and start operating correctly with my desired settings (timings).
They agreed last year and sent me a text message to get a new type installed, which I didn't see at the time,
Now I cannot get an install date or get through to a customer service on telephone.
I try online chat, but is only a bot with standard answers.
On tel cust services 03303 337442 I get through by pressing 1 (pay as you go meter) but then pressing 5 (anything else) the phone call just ends.
I can't find an email for cust services.
The only email I can find is their email which is sent for e.g. Christmas Emergency Contacts, which if I Reply to says this is not monitored.
