Does anyone know when the warm home discount will be paid in scotland. I received an email on 7th January saying I was successful but have heard nothing since. Tried phoning but get so far and then get cut off

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having this experience. All customers, including customers in Scotland, should have received their payment of the Warm Home Discount already. I have sent you a direct message so I can look into this further for you.
