Im a pay as you go customer, not received my warm home discount as yet, when can I expect to see this on my smart meter? I could really use a warm home right now ❄️.. Threads are saying to get in touch if not received by end of January 🤔

Thanks for posting on the community. All eligible customers should have received their WHD discount credit by this point. I have sent you a direct message in order for me to look into this further for you.
