I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the balances and POWER UP features in the app. This is quite a common issue within the app. The first thing I would need to ask is, is your In Home Display unit connected to your wi-fi? The app relies on signals from the In Home Display and your wi-fi in order to produce an accurate balance, so this could possibly be where the issue originates from.
