Recieved letter last year saying I was eligible for warm home discount i still haven't recieved it i pay .monthly for my energy last email recieved from utilita was 11th dec saying I will get payment in January but nothing as yet and to contact utilita by 28th jan if no payment haven't had email or txt to say wht date it being paid either.

Thanks for your post!

Customers who pay via Direct Debit, or on receipt of bill will have their Warm Home Discount payment applied to their January bill - this is usually generated either at the end of January or early February.

It will have already been applied to your account ahead of the bill generation, so I shall send you a Direct Message, in order to get some account information so that I can check this for you.
