I've tried to give it time. But it isn't changing.
I'm worried I made a big mistake though, because I found a page about online set up.

I tried to find a place in the app but couldn't find it...
So a google told me I could connect it to Geo home, I thought this might at least give me some data on another app or something but it gets nothing and now I don't know how to remove it.

I really just want to get the real time infomation on the My Utilita app. I did also comment about this in another thread but decided I should probably make my own.

    Hi @Cubey

I think the notification remains on the app as a guide, whether you have connected it or not, as the app doesn't connect to your In Home Display, but directly to your meter.

I'm happy to look into the issue in more detail though - I'll send you a DM to request some more information, and I can check to see if there is anything going on that's going to affect the information you receive.

    Many thanks
    Pete

But this is what it says in the app. I've seen others have it in the app saying it is connected to wi-fi and is getting data from the IHD.

Well.. customer support tried to do.. something.
I think a rebind.. it didn't really change anything and just made the IHD not show me the electricity meter for ages again.
Feeling this isn't ever going to work. Like I don't think that's the problem because it's communicating to the meters fine... My Utilita just isn't getting the data to show.

    Hi @Cubey

Have you tried clearing the cache from your app, then uninstalling, reinstalling and logging in again? It may be the app has become corrupted in some way, so it's well worth doing that as a precaution as well. Best thing to do is google "How to clear app cache from *insert phone make and model*, then uninstalling.

    I hope this helps

Yeah I've tried that. Also tried it again for good measure... I really do worry (despite it still was not working before it) connecting to Geo home means utilita will never show anything. I mean neither does Geo home... probably wants a factory reset.. I don't know.

... Oh cool now it's telling me I need to call them to install a new smart meter after trying a reset again... stuff like the my tarrif page weren't working.

Website seems to be fine... for now, other phone is the same. Maybe I just wait. I'm getting seriously stressed out with all of this.

Edit.. Failed to top up... I've noticed the top up number is the old one if I try get a card number.. the website also shows the top up number as the old one.. and if I try quick top up it shows 4 meters... called up and it and they say they're working on things and to just wait. But I'm feeling very very stressed and worried.
