Thanks for your post. Where are you seeing this please? It might be worth speaking to one of our Customer Service team in a bit more detail about this - you can contact them on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.

It sounds like your app isn't connecting properly to our systems - this is likely due to a communications issue with your meter. I'd recommend giving the customer services team a call - they should be able to get this fixed for you!
