A remote reset has now wiped the electric. I havent a clue why its not showing. Gas and electricity both have balances that are never correct, obviously they get updated every 30 mins i think.

Why does gas not show the same amount on the in home display and in the app?
Spent today again on live chat. Again. Yesterday was on live chat to be told basically its a fault with the new in house display and an engineer will probably come at some point but no one is available.
I am priority customer but think its useless even being on it. My mental health is suffering.
I have complained previously to customer services for the same thing.
I only want to know how much balance I have and money is actually going on the meters when I pay it!!!!
