Was wondering about when the remaining whd would be credited to my meter as I noticed on friday my meter debt was cleared but the remaining amount has not been credited to my meter but all I can see is the you (utilita) has paid themselves the whd but leaving the rest of us still struggling and freezing but as long as utilita have been paid all the debt from your most vulnerable customers who is this helping oh that's right a large company and not the freezing customers....

@GrannyLincoln they do appear to be coming out now, mine was cleared on Wednesday night and I got the remainder paid this evening.
