I received this message 2 days a go and still no credit has been applied or code sent to me:
"Hi! We ve started making Warm Home Discount payments. Due to the high volume, there may be a short delay before it reaches your meter. Don t worry - your payment is on its way. We ll send confirmation and your top-up number shortly. Thanks, Utilita."
Surely shortly means a few hours? What's happening here? I am on the emergency for both meters and I could really do with it being sent.
Also dissatisfied with the wait times on live chat, it said the wait time is 242 minutes which is just awful.
