    Could you please clarify the current status of the payments? How will I be notified once payment has been received — will this be reflected in the payments section of the app or on the home screen?

    I have also noticed that the funds are being applied to outstanding debts. Can you please confirm that this is being done in line with the agreed amounts when power-ups were used and the specified repayment percentage?

    @Turtletom If it follow previous years, at least in terms of payment and notification. Then any amount actually paid to you after debt (see below), will show as a normal payment in the payment history on your electricity meter. And you'll receive an email several days later telling you they've paid it... of course by that time you know but they've never been timely.

    In terms of debt. It's ignoring your PowerUp repayment rates and is being applied to your whole electricity debt first. So if you have more than £150 of debt on your electricity account all of your WHD will be taken to pay it back. It appears to be ignoring your gas debt, though you'll still pay some of that back if you transfer some of your WHD payment to it later, at your agreed rate. If you have less then £150 of debt on your electricity you should have noticed it clear it already and will be waiting for them to work out how to pay the rest to us (for some reason).
