    I recently changed my meter recovery rate from 20% to 100% to pay off my debt a bit quicker but for reason after changing it back to 20% its stuck on 100% even tho the message on the app says its been changed even when I look on the IHD on the money owed it clear says 100% and its been like this for 5 days it will not change back

    Thanks for your post. I'd recommend giving the team a call - they'll be able to give you a hand getting it changed at this end, and working out why it's not working at yours! You can give them a call on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
