What’s the latest that we will get the WHD? I received a very vague email with no details except that payments have started as of the 7th. Also is scotland different from England and Wales? I read that we had to double check and confirm our accounts.

In Scotland, the Warm Home Discount works differently to the rest of the UK, in that we have a limited amount of funding that is provided. The total amount of people who are eligible for Warm Home Discount payments in Scotland are entered into a ballot, so unfortunately each year some people won't be successful in receiving the payment.

I'll send you a Direct Message to get some more information from you, then I'll check your account to see what the status of your application is.
