Were has my £200 gone one email says its been successful but there's no trace and the other email saying I have £100 in Mt savings and that's from the second 100 I transferred and theres no money in savings or been transferred so £200 has completely finished I want my money back

Thanks for your post.
I've checked your account and I can see the £200.00 in your Utilita Savings account. The app isn't updating as fast as it should be at the moment, due to the system running slower than normal - this is down to the volume of customers moving their Warm Home Discount from one meter to another.
