I recieved my warm home discount yesterday . I transferred £30 from electric to savings & then transferred £30 from savings to gas account but it hasn't gone on??? Im also still waiting for £10 to be paid back onto moly daughters bank card from absolutely weeks ago

Thanks for your post - The transfer process has been a lot slower today due to the volume of people who have received the Warm Home Discount doing exactly the same thing as you're trying to do - we're working on a way to increase that transfer speed, and it should go on shortly.

In relation to the missing £10 payment, I can help look into this for you - I'll send you a DM to request more information.
