Thanks for your post - we're so sorry it's taken so long to transfer your money over! We sent out the Warm Home Discount payments to over a quarter of a million customers in the last 24 hours, and many people have been doing exactly the same as you and transferring credit from their electricity to their gas meters, which has slowed our systems down a bit! We have made some changes this morning, and everything seems to be working as normal - however I'll drop you a Direct Message and if you're still experiencing issues I'll be able to fix that for you.
