I have received my letter from the dwp saying I'm entitled to the worm home discount but so I rand November and December and I have tried to ring today but could get thought so I tried to go on live chat and kept getting a link that wouldn't open so tried ringing again and no answer this is outrageous so frustrating

Thanks for your post! I have reached out via DM to request some more information, but the Warm Home Discount should be being applied from today for customers in England and Wales!

Thanks for your post - We'll be rolling out the Warm Home Discount from today, to all of our customers in England and Wales. Our Scottish customers will be receiving communications about their payments in the coming days, but if you're struggling to top up at the moment, please get in touch with our Customer Services team on 0330 333 7442 - we don't want anyone to be off supply (especially in this weather), and we'll always look to do what we can to help.
