This is an absolute joke I’ve tried everything to get in contact live chat is the worst I’m trying to get in contact and it’s impossible what does it take to speak with someone I’m getting so fed up trying to get help I want some answers because I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with this company

I've raised an issue 2 months ago!!!!
Been told IT have identified the issue and working on it.
Not heard since despite asking for updates.
It is appaling you cant call this customer service.
Very very poor. I would not recommend Utilita to anyone.
