I had a letter from the goverment saying Iam eligible for the warm home discount so when will I get it

Thanks for your post! The Warm Home Discount is being paid out to our customers from the 7th January onwards. You should have received emails or notifications on your app explaining this, so I'm really sorry if you've not yet seen this!

The payment will be paid in one go, and paid directly onto your electricity supply account. If there is any debt balance on your meter, it will take this into account as well.
