I spent 4hrs on the phone to 4 different people on Xmas eve trying to get this fixed with no success. I was told it would be passed over to the technical team and somebody would be intouch within 24hrs. This never happened.
Im now we'll into my emergency credit and no fix on the horizon.
Has anybody else had this problem? How did it get sorted?
any help would be greatly appreciated im at my wits end.
