I’m going to drop you a DM so I can check your account and take a closer look at what’s happening behind the scenes. Our app
should send low‑balance notifications, but we’ve seen cases where certain meter types don’t communicate properly. I’d really like to check your meter’s signal and comms to see if that’s the reason you’re not getting alerts.
If it turns out the meter isn’t talking to us as it should, we may be able to arrange a meter exchange. With engineer availability being tight at this time of year, this would likely be in the New Year, but I’ll confirm everything once I’ve checked your details.
