• Constructive engagement: They encourage solution-focused conversations, not shaming or inflammatory posts.
• No spam or repeats: They prevent repeated or promotional posts that make it harder to find genuine help.
• Community spirit: They protect vulnerable members and ensure the forum remains supportive.

How to keep posts helpful and constructive:

• Be clear and respectful: Share your experience without personal attacks or inflammatory language.
• Check facts before posting: If you’re unsure, ask for clarification or cite sources.
• Stay on topic: Keep threads focused on the issue and avoid repeated posts across multiple threads.
• Protect privacy: Don’t share personal or account-sensitive information.
• Offer next steps: If you’re raising a problem, include what you’ve tried and what you need help with.
