Recently received a text message saying this, it was my customer number, I followed the link and booked it but not had any correspondence to confirm this so wasn't sure if it was a scam message, has anyone else had anything like this?

Thanks for your post!

The messages aren't a scam - We generally send these messages out when there's something not quite right with the meter, either they're not communicating or the meter type is no longer supported.

Thanks its just we haven't haven't had any correspondence confirming the appointment date but thank you for clarifying it
