im still having problems with my gas meter,i cant see my balance this has been going on for months now,after contacting customer services several times nothing has been done,the last time i was told the meter was to be changed on the the 15th of december,and this was cancelled.i never had this problem with the old display when i was a customer before,the electricity side is great,ive moved display all over the place just does not work,i would like to see something done about this problem many thanks
