I have tried logging into my account via the app and also on the website. I cannot log in until i have received a 6 digit code to my email address. THE 6 DIGIT CODE IS NEVER SENT! Yes its the right email address before you ask. I have also phoned utilita for help with this and after waiting 2 hours on the phone, the advisor was clueless. Also the help pages just take you round in circles and the live chat is absolutely useless.
