online chat wasn’t helpful and basically said nothing wrong and I hadn’t topped up. Need to email proof, which I done and still no response.
I now have the risk of being cut off after friendly credit and losing business as I work from home.
I am not risking topping up again for the same thing to happen.
my app hasn’t worked properly since the update on the meters.
anyone else had similar issues??
