    Hi there, been trying to create a My Utilita account in order to pay our Gas and Electric through an actual account instead of Guest Payments, however upon trying to create an account the website states: "The details you entered do not match the information we hold for you". This is upon trying to create an account so I am confused as to how there is any information it is reading. Password reset emails don't come through as I have not signed up with an email due to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks for posting!

    I'd absolutely recommend giving one of our Customer Service team a call - they'll be able to help guide you through the setup process - it may be that some details on your energy supply account don't match with what you're entering, so they'll be able to point you in the right direction!

    Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
