    Hi @Trickye

    Thanks for posting!

There can be a number of reasons why your balance may be different - if you Direct Message me some account information, I can take a look into this for you and see what's happening! I'll need your full name, first line of address, postcode and, if possible, your account number. If you can Direct message me using the link in my signature rather than post that information on here, that would be great!

    Thanks again
    Pete

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me..
As discussed earlier something isn't quite adding up with my final credit balance?on the 13/11 and 16/11 I took screenshots of the credit balance showing £297.79 then 3 days after £118.22 a difference of £179.57
My direct debit was £86.00 on October, probably changed since but can't find letter saying how much!but even though shouldn't effect my credit balance that much? And I have been giving monthly meter readings till last month when my utilita app wouldn't allow?
Just had a email from customer service say..After examining your recent email, we confirm that your final bill is accurately based on the actual meter readings. How is it accurate if I've been giving them meter readings till October cause my smart meter hasn't worked properly for almost a year?how do they know?
P.s I'm still waiting for my bill to come of bank account since 15th November.
    Regards Richard

    Hi @Trickye

Thanks for your reply - I have edited it slightly to remove your personal details!

I have sent you an email directly with a breakdown of your bills and payments - if you've got any further queries relating to your billing, please don't hesitate to reply to the email!

    Many thanks
