Hi, I contacted customer services as I always have the message on my utilita app that my electric meter is not communicating. They told me my meter had had an update and should be working they also did some kind of line test and everything came back okay. I deleted the app and reinstalled it like asked and its still the same. My ihd works fine but I keep getting this same error message on my app and also if I use my utilita online. Anyone else had the same problem and does it clear itself? Thank you
