    Subject: Query Regarding Warm Home Discount for Winter 2025–2026


    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I am writing to ask about the status of the Warm Home Discount for my electricity account.


    The electricity and gas bills are in my name. My partner, ), recently received a letter confirming eligibility for the Warm Home Discount.


    As we live at the same address and share the same energy account, I would like to confirm:
    1. Whether the Warm Home Discount will be applied automatically to my electricity account; and
    2. When I can expect to receive the £150 credit (or voucher, if applicable).


    For your reference, I have a copy of the Warm Home Discount letter received in my partner’s name and can provide it if needed.


    I would appreciate it if you could confirm our eligibility and the expected date the discount will be applied.

    @Khalid The Warm Home Discount is applied based on individual eligibility rather than the shared address or account. If your partner has received confirmation, this does not automatically guarantee the discount for your account.

    At present, the exact date for when the £150 credit or voucher will be applied has not yet been determined.
