I'd absolutely recommend getting in touch with our Customer Services team to troubleshoot the issues you're having with your In Home Display. As far as I'm aware, we no longer replace In Home Displays for the older generation smart meters - the technology has moved on considerably since your one was made. However, if they are unable to get your In Home Display working again, it may be the case that they would be able to look at getting newer, second generation, smart meters installed in your home.
