Hey there, im in india & i need to top up my gas meter but am blocked from going on top app, can some one help me resolve this please.

Access to the app is restricted to certain areas. The areas where the app will work are the United Kingdom, Europe (excluding Belarus, Russia and Ukraine), South Africa, Brazil and the United States. This means the app is not accessible in India which is why it is not working for you.
For now, the best thing to do is to make a payment through our guest payment system here.
