Alongside this my mobile app has been showing things perfectly albeit notifications for when a meter is running low no longer work.
I spoke to an agent last week who has now sent out a new smart monitor. I received this today but after connecting my WiFi to it, the only message that comes up on the new display is 'not commissioned'
Also when connecting my new display it says to connect via my utilita app and filling out a 'my property' form via usage section in that app. This form does not exist on my 'my utilita' app at all.
