    Hi. I've had issues with my smart display for the best part of 2 years now. One day it just stopped giving me any details from my electric smart meter and the days/time left on my gas meter no longer works either. The error message on my old smart monitor showed as Pre-payment not setup on my electric meter.
    Alongside this my mobile app has been showing things perfectly albeit notifications for when a meter is running low no longer work.

    I spoke to an agent last week who has now sent out a new smart monitor. I received this today but after connecting my WiFi to it, the only message that comes up on the new display is 'not commissioned'

    Also when connecting my new display it says to connect via my utilita app and filling out a 'my property' form via usage section in that app. This form does not exist on my 'my utilita' app at all.

    Hi @Jammydodger1980,

    I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your IHD. The old IHD's can become outdated which can stop the IHD from working after a certain amount of the time. As you have had a new IHD sent out this would need to be connected on our side using some information taken from the IHD. This can be completed by calling our customer services on 0330 333 7442, and one of our customer service advisors will be able to talk you through the process for this.
