Why am I being moved to EDF as I’m not a pay as you go customer. I didn’t receive any communication about this ????

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your account being transferred by Utilita to EDF. The reason we have taken this decision is to try and give the best possible service for customers. Utilita specialise in Pre-payment and as such have decided moving forward it would be better to focus on this area of operations. In contrast, EDF are specialists in supporting credit customers.- This has been fully approved by Ofgem
