    How long does it take the app to pick up my balance? I topped up and the meter says £40 but the app says £0.

    Hey @MarkGeordie I think it can take a bit of time for that to update on the app. Mine doesn't take too long, an hour or so maybe. Hope that helps

    It’s been over 24 hours since I did the top up.

    ​​​​​​​Just seems pointless telling me to manage everything through the app when it’s not working.

    Hi @MarkGeordie , My app Took a while to synchronise with the meter think it was 48hrs as it was first time using it but now is working fine, I would Probably try calling them or using there live chat as an agent may be able to see if there's any interference just to be on the safe side.

    Hi @MarkGeordie - how are you?

    How long have you had the app? If you have recently downloaded it then it can take up to 3 weeks for it to sync and learn the algorithm of your top-up frequency and usage. It needs time to understand all of this to then get your estimated balance on the app as accurate as possible.

    if you have had it longer for 3 weeks then I would suggest the same as @Naruto1234 - speaking to a Live Chat advisor - they will be able to access your account and see why your app is not reflecting your top-up/balance.
