I cannot top up my electricity with my prepayment card at various PayPoint outlets. I've tried paying with a barcode associated with my account but on my payment rejection slip I see an Error 04 code. Also my account is disabled??. Customer services is absolutely hopeless. I'm going to run out of electricity in a day. Please can somebody help me and guide me on what to do?. Thanks.

@Barbara1965 I am sorry to hear of this as far as I am aware error 04 means on a payment rejection slip indicates that the card has been declined by the issuing bank, often with the instruction to "Pick up card". This means the transaction was blocked, and the user should contact their bank to understand why, as it could be due to a lost/stolen card report, exceeded credit limits, or other bank-side issues.
