Your energy account is moving from Utilita to EDF.
This change is part of an agreement as EDF specialises in credit customers, while Utilita will continue focusing on Pay As You Go.
Your account will transfer to EDF on 8 November, or shortly after depending on system processing. Until then, Utilita will continue managing your account, your Direct Debit will move automatically, so please don’t cancel it—payments will continue as normal.
EDF will contact you before the transfer with your new account details, tariff information, and support options. If your transfer takes a few extra days, don’t worry—your energy supply won’t be affected, and EDF will be in touch once your account is active.
