Hi ,

Just had an email from Utilita stating my energy account with Utilita will be moving to EDF on 8 November (or shortly after) .
Can you tell why this is happening as I have not at any time made moves to switch supplier in the 3+ years I have been been with Utilita. Extremely disappointed in this change

"Utilita Energy has reached an agreement under which EDF, Britain's biggest generator of zero carbon electricity, will acquire more than 40,000 of its credit customers. The transfer, approved by energy regulator Ofgem, will take effect from 8 November 2025."

Seems some of us have been sold.. It is a great monent to ask for a commission and/or a discount ;) ;) ;)
