    I have finally managed to connect my IHD to my meter after months of trying and contacting chat etc etc... I now finally have my balance, but the problem is there is a Red Warning sign in the top corner of the screen. This is next to the connection strength bars, which are full. Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

    I'm glad to hear you're now able to see full details on your IHD. Regarding the light you're seeing, please call our team on the free line 0345 207 2000. They’ll be able to go through some checks and help identify what the issue might be.
