My meter has been updating now since the 12/09, I’ve been unable to top up since so not looking forward to my bill when it’s completed

@Tracy2008 I had lots of letters saying updating failed, it turned out to be a signal issue..
I've now had a more modern smart meter installed and that's working well with the new signal..
I'm not sure how many older meters were successfully updated or how long it should take or how many people need to have meter replaced.. -
