    Can anyone tell me what is going on with the bills. Ive just receives mine and it's saying I had money carried forward from last bill but my balance was zero. Plus it was dated 3rd Sept meaning it was to be paid by 27th. I think they've made a mistake somewhere

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    If you think your bill is incorrect, I'd absolutely recommend giving our Customer Services team a call - they would be best placed to review your account with you in more detail. Without looking at your account specifically, most customers who pay their bills monthly tend to be billed around the 3rd-5th of each month, but we can discuss moving your billing date if this would be helpful.

    Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
