Is anyone else having difficulty connecting to the live chat? I've been unable to get through for over 3 months! But my partner could so I made do with it that way but now they can't connect either! It's trying to connect but then it pops up with a message saying "sorry our chat services are unavailable at this time"?!? Any help with this would be massively appreciated!
