I tried to power up my electric in April The power up has gone on my debt but not on my meter so it is now showing that I owe £50 more than I should. Could someone please look into this for me

Really sorry to hear this, when you mention this power up have you checked to make sure you weren't in emergency credit or friendly credit when you activated it?
