Why has the usage data changed on the app. It used to tell you how much energy you had used in £ now it’s gone to kWh. So I now have no way of knowing how much I’m using each day or each week/ month. Cause let’s face it how many people can actually work out those figures. SORT IT OUT UTILITA

Currently we're experiencing an issue with our MyUtilita app that is effecting a section of our customer base - we are absolutely aware of it, and our App team are working on a fix that will enable those customers effected to be able to see their usage in financial terms again. We're really sorry for this inconvenience.
