    Hi.

    After 6 years of use the touch screen on my in home display has stopped working.
    It's not because of the update, that happened 3 months ago, and it has worked fine since then.

    All I want is to buy a replacement, I gather they are about £40. The call center was no help, I tried my calling my local hub and they couldn't help.

    So can some one please tell me where and how to buy a new one?

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    We could definitely look at getting a new In Home Display for you - it would depend on what type of meter that you have installed, as some of the older meters will no longer be compatible.

    The best thing to do is drop me a DM, with some account information, and I can have a look to see what we can do to help.

    Don't Know if you got my last DM, so am posting here.

    Yes I would like it If you can organize the installing some newer second generation smart meters at the property, that would be great, as I am very happy being with Utilita.

    One question, would I stay on the Pay As You Go tariff ? as I find it suits me very well.

    I understand that this may take awhile, but if you could let me know.
